Rental Rates have been established to reflect the market rental value for land suitable for the Grassland Reserve Program and are based on the soil productivity and pasture land rates used for other programs in each county.
 
If the property is physically located in more than one county, the rental rate shall be determined by using the county where the predominant number of acres offered are physically located.
